QuoteSift provides automated quote comparison reports based on documents you upload. Our reports are generated using AI and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or trade advice.

2. No Professional Advice

The analysis and recommendations provided by QuoteSift are generated automatically and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional advice. Users should always verify details directly with contractors and seek appropriate professional guidance before making decisions.

3. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees. These guarantees cannot be excluded. Our services come with a guarantee that they will be provided with due care and skill. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may have rights to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a report has been generated.

Refunds may only be issued where:

• A technical error prevents report generation, or
• The service is materially unusable due to system failure.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with analysis results or differences in interpretation. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and a description of the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteSift's liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount paid for the report in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and store the documents you upload solely for the purpose of generating your report. We handle your data in accordance with applicable Australian privacy principles. We do not sell your personal information or uploaded documents to third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
